Valhalla Capital is an independent investment platform based in Oslo and a Registered AIFM. Olav Henrik Trent is its founder.

Valhalla I is the current focus: a planned, diversified strategy taking non-controlling minority stakes in profitable, private Norwegian companies. Investment assessment centres on cash generation, entry price, negotiated minority rights and a written exit path. Valhalla's intended role is portfolio investor, not operator.

The fund, the manager and the individual investments have distinct roles. Any investment requires separate documentation, investor verification and agreed terms.
