Company and registered status
VALHALLA CAPITAL AS is a Norwegian limited company, organisation number 934 290 739, with registered business address Ruseløkkveien 3, 0251 Oslo (Brønnøysund Register Centre).
Finanstilsynet lists the company as a registered alternative investment fund manager under the Norwegian AIF Act § 1-4(2), registered on 20 November 2024 (Finanstilsynet register).
Registration is not an AIFM licence; registered managers have registration and reporting obligations and remain subject to the applicable supervisory provisions (Finanstilsynet guidance). Registration must not be understood as approval of an investment or a guarantee of returns.
Investor eligibility
Funds managed by registered AIF managers may only be marketed to professional investors, as explained in Finanstilsynet's guidance. Any investment requires separate documentation and an actual assessment of investor status and applicable jurisdictional restrictions. Visiting this website, booking a meeting or completing the enquiry form does not establish professional investor status or confirm eligibility.
Investment risks
Alternative investments involve significant risk, including the possible loss of all invested capital. Investments may be illiquid and difficult to value or sell. Borrowing, concentration and changes in markets or regulation can increase risk. Neither capital nor returns are guaranteed. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Website privacy and contact
Enquiries. The enquiry form on this static website only prepares a draft in your email application. It does not automatically send your details to Valhalla Capital or upload documents. If you choose to send the email, we receive the name, email address and message you send and use them to respond and follow up.
Meeting bookings. The calendar on the investor pages is provided by the third-party service Cal.com. The embedded calendar connects your browser to Cal.com only when you select “View available times”. Opening the direct booking page also connects to Cal.com. Details you enter in the booking service are processed there; a completed booking shares the meeting and contact details with Valhalla Capital. Review the privacy information shown by the booking service before entering personal data.
Technical requests. Website hosting involves technical request data, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, which may be recorded in server logs for operation and security. Fonts are currently loaded from Google's servers, so your browser also sends technical requests to Google. These connections are separate from sending an enquiry.
Privacy requests. Contact Valhalla Capital AS at invest@valhallacapital.no with privacy questions or requests concerning your personal data, including access, correction or deletion.
Your rights and separate agreements
