FounderOlav Henrik Trent is the founder of Valhalla Capital. He leads investment strategy, capital formation and relationships with investors and business owners.
His work includes developing Valhalla I, assessing investment opportunities and negotiating price, ownership and terms. A central aim is to align the owner’s priorities with a disciplined investment process.
He is also responsible for developing the platform and the commercial processes that support this work.

DirectorTonje E. M. Bjørnerud is Director at Valhalla Capital. She works on business development, strategic relationships and the firm’s dialogue with investors and business owners.
Her work also includes coordination and the development of structures that support Valhalla’s continued growth.
